HealthCare
Innovations Private Services understands the concerns that patients and families
may have when
opening their home to a caregiver. Each member of the staff is
carefully screened for bonding and insurance purposes. The screening includes OSBI
background checks on all
unlicensed staff, strict prescreening and orientation process,
competency and skills testing, supervision by a registered
nurse, 24 hour availability for support in case of emergency and
management support from the Regional Office leadership. Additionally,
all employees are bonded and insured. Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In order to make arranging services to be organized and
understandable,
HealthCare Innovations Private Services handles the details. HealthCare Innovations
Private Services
employs the workers and therefore pays wages, pays the social security,
federal and state taxes and covers all employees with workers'
compensation insurance. Additionally,
HealthCare Innovations Private Services files all of the insurance claims and
processes all of the paperwork for the services provided to patients,
if applicable. Payment and charges for services is explained verbally
and in writing to the patient and/or family member upon admission to
the agency.
